To get Terror Eyes in Blox Fruits, you need to spawn and kill the mini-raid boss Terrorshark. For the unversed, Terrorshark spawns during the Sea Events in the third set of Blox Fruits.
To spawn the Terrorshark boss in Blox Fruits, you need to go to the Rough Sea. When you go into the Rough Sea, your compass (can be found on the left side) will begin showing the dangers of the Sea level.
The further you go the more dangerous it gets. For the unversed, there are a total of six levels of sea — Low, Medium, High, Extreme Crazy and ???.
To spawn Terrroshark boss in Blox Fruits, you need to go into the Extreme level of the sea. When you do so, the Terrorshark will automatically spawn and kill the boss.
When you successfully kill the Terrorshark boss in Blox Fruits, you will have a 28% chance of getting the Terror Eyes. Besides Terror Eyes, the Terrorshark also drops Mutant Tooth, Shark Anchor and other materials based on the condition.
Once you have go the Terror Eyes, go to the Shark Hunter and talk to him. When you do so, you will be shown two options — Shark Tooth Necklace and Terror Jaw. Make sure to choose Terror Jaw and then click on the Craft button. When you do so, you will have the Terror Jaw crafted in Blox Fruits.
