To spawn a Terrroshark raid boss in Blox Fruits, you need to go to the newly added island, Tiki Outpost. When you get there, you need to take a boat and then go in a random direction.
When you keep heading in a random direction, you will see Low written on the Compass. You need to keep heading in that direction until you see the Extreme written on the Compass.

Once you are in the Extreme water, the Terrorshark raid boss will spawn. The health of the Terrorshark is 2000. Once it is spawned, you need to kill the boss to get the Shark Anchor or Mutant Tooth in Blox Fruits.
While killing the Terrorshark, make sure to keep your eyes open because it deals plenty of damage.
Notably, the Terrorshark has a slim chance to drop the Shark Anchor sword in Blox Fruits. When you kill the raid boss, you will have a 100% chance to get the Mutant Tooth in the game.
