To spawn the Terroshark boss in Blox Fruits, you need to head to the new island, Tiki. After getting there, you need to purchase a boat and then head in any direction.
When you go in any direction for a while, you will have the Low written below the Compass. You need to keep heading in that direction until you see the Extreme written below the Compass.
