Obtaining Cold Heart In Blox Fruits (2023)
To get Cold Heart in Blox Fruits, players are required to unlock the third sea. Once you have it unlocked, you need to reach level 2450 to get into the new island Tiki Outpost.

Once you get there, you will have to find an NPC Shafi. For the unversed, Shafi is one of a few new NPCs added to Blox Fruits update 20. To get the newly added fighting style, you will have to talk to the Shafi NPC.
Before you go and talk to the Shafi NPC, I recommend you obtain the Cold Heart first. To get the Cold Heart in Blox Fruits, you need to spawn the mini-raid boss Terrorshark.
