Irrespective of which item you craft in Blox Fruits, you will have to obtain a bunch of new items. One of those items is the Electric Wing. Notably, this item is needed to craft Monster Magnet in Blox Fruits.
If you wish to get your hands on Shark Anchor, let me tell you that you can not get it without crafting the Monster Magnet in the game. When you do not have it crafted, the Terrorshark will not drop the Shark Anchor when killed.

Obtaining Electric Wing In Blox Fruits
To get Electric Wing in Blox Fruits, you need to wait until the Sea Event is live. Once the Sea Event is live, you need to go to Tiki Island.
After getting there, you need to take a boat and then head toward the Rough Sea and wait until the Piranha spawns. Notably, they are most likely to spawn in the Craze or Extreme Water condition.
For the unversed, when you take a boat and then head in any direction, you will have the Low written below the Compass. You need to keep heading in that direction until you see the Extreme written below the Compass.
When you are either in the Crazy or Extreme water conditions, Piranhas are most likely to spawn. When they spawn, you need to kill them. When you manage to kill Piranhas in Blox Fruits UPD 20, you will get Electric Wing for sure.
Unlike other items, Piranhas have a 100% chance to drop Electric Wing in Blox Fruits. Once you have got the Piranhas, head back to the Shark Hunter NPC and then craft Monster Magnet.
Once you have it crafted, go and spawn the Terrorshark boss and then kill the boss. When you do so, you will have a 1% chance to get the Shark Anchor in the game.
