- If you are scammed the first step is to download and fill out the GCash User Complaint Form.
- After filling out the form, notarize it and attach it when you submit a ticket.
- Ensure a detailed complaint with the following information:
- Transaction method
- Name of the person you’re complaining of fraud
- Proof of transaction
- Time of transaction
- The amount involved in the transaction.
How to Submit a Ticket to Report Scammers In GCash?
- Launch the GCash app
- Go to the GCash Help Center.
- Tap on the Submit a Ticket section.
- Fill out the required fields
- Go to Concern Category, and choose My GCash Account.
- Click on I was scammed option.
- Under the Explain your concern field
- Enter the Time and Date of the Transaction along with the Reference Number.
- Under the Alleged Fraud Number enter the GCash Number of the scammer.
- Also, share the Fraudster’s Full Name if available.
- Then, select the Type of Scam.
- Provide proof of transaction on the Attachments

- Screenshot and link of the fraud product.
- Receipts of the transaction with the scammer
- Click Submit to complete the report.
- Submit a police report.
- File a police complaint at the nearest police station in your area.
- Share your email address to receive the Ticket Number via email.
- Wait for the GCash representative to respond to your complaint about scammers in GCash

- In the Concern Category,
- Tap on My GCash Account
- Click on To report an account involved with fraudulent activity.
- Under Explain your concern about scammers in GCash
- Share details of the takeover.
- Attach screenshots of the unauthorized transactions.
- Tap Submit.

- Contact GCash Customer Support and share all the evidence to support your claim of being scammed.
- You can also contact GCash through their official phone number at 2882.
- As soon as your complaint is received by the GCash team they will begin an investigation to determine the validity of your complaint.
- GCash will notify you within five days of the results of their investigation.
A word of caution any unauthorized transaction(s) should be reported within fifteen (15) days from the date of occurrence. If it is beyond that period then GCash has the right to refuse the claim for compensation.

- Do not reveal your MPIN and one-time passwords to anyone.
- Always carry out transactions through the official app.
- Disregard messages with suspicious links or messages urging you to share your OTP or install third-party apps.
- While shopping online make sure the seller has a credible reputation.
