- The first step is to download and fill out the GCash User Complaint Form.

- Proof of transaction
- Time of transaction
- The amount involved in the transaction.

- Launch the GCash app.
- Go to the GCash Help Center.
- Tap on the Submit a Ticket section.
- Fill out the required fields.
- Go to Concern Category, and choose My GCash Account.
- Click on I was scammed option.
- Under the Explain your concern field.
- Enter the Time and Date of the Transaction along with the Reference Number.
