Obtaining Observation & Armament Haki in Fruit Seas
Before I teach you the process of getting Armament and Observation Haki in Fruit Seas, let me tell you that these two Hakis are different.

Observation Haki (Flow) In Fruit Seas
To learn Observation Haki (Flow) in Fruit Seas, you must go to Sandora Town. After getting there, you need to reach the top of the Hill.
When you get there, you will find an NPC named Fresh. It is the next Island after Baratie. When you interact with her, she will give you a quest to defeat the Desert King.
After defeating the Desert King, you will have to get back to the Fresh NPC again. When you do so, she will teach you the Observation Haki for 200,000 Beli in Fruit Seas.
Armament Haki (Reinforcement) In Fruit Seas
To get Armament Hak (Reinforcement) in Roblox Fruit Seas, go to Jungle Island. After getting there, you need to find and talk to an NPC named Alphirex.
Alphirex is located in the section highlighted in the above image. When you get there, you will find Alphirex.
When you interact with Alphirex in Fruit Seas, you will be asked to bring him a Scroll. After finding the Scroll, go back to Aphirex. When you do so, you will be asked to spend 55,000 Beli to learn the Armament Haki.
If you have enough Beli, click on the YES option. When you do so, you will have the Armament Haki learned.
