How to Become Sobo & Get The Dragon Claw V2?
To get the Dragon Claw V2 in King Legacy, you are required to obtain Human V2 first.

If you already have Human V2 in King Legacy, you need to find an NPC named Dacian, who can be found near the shores of Pirate Island.
Once found, approach him to take the quest. When you do so, he will ask you to bring 100 Dragon’s Scale to begin his quest.
For the unversed, you can farm Dragon Scales from Kaido. The only downside of farming Dragon Scales is their drop chance is so bad.
Instead of farming it from Kaido, you can get it through Trading. When you trade 1 Kaido Orb, you will get 3 to 5 Scales.
Once you have got the required Dragon’s Scale, head back to Dacian and accept his quest.
The quest you take from Dacian will task you to defeat Fujitora 25X, which is pretty easy.
If you don’t know Fujitora’s location then head to Marine HQ. When you get there, you will Fujitora.
Once found, defeat him. Whenever you kill the Fujitora, your Dragon Claw level will be increased. Notably, you have to defeat Fujitora 25 times to complete the Dacian’s quest.
Once you have successfully defeated Fujitora for the 25th time, head back to Dacian NPC and talk to him. When you do so, he will give you another quest.
Once the quest is accepted, you need to head to Dressrosa Mansion and find Gil.
Once found, when you talk to Gil, he will ask you to pay 25,000,000 Beli to get Dragon Claw V2 in King Legacy.
If you have the required amount of Beli in your account, click on the Accept button to evolve Dragon Claw.
Once evolved, when you talk to Gil again, he will ask you whether you want to use Dragon Claw V2 again. When he asks this question, click on the Accept button.
When you do so, you will have the Dragon Claw V2 in inventory in King Legacy.
