Before I walk you through the process of obtaining the Sanguine Art fighting style in Cat Piece, let me tell you that it can be obtained in both Seas.
To make your work easier, we will explain the process for each sea separately.
First Sea
If you don’t know how to get to the second sea in Cat Piece and wish to get the newly added fighting style in the first sea, go to Starter Island.
When you get there, you need to talk to the NPC shown in the above image. When you do so, you will be given some tasks.
Upon completing those tasks, you will have to meet his brother, who can be found standing next to him. Notably, he will not interact with you if you have not met the requirements.
Once done, go and talk to his brother. When you do so, you will be asked to give him 700 Diamonds and 17 Shadow Fruits. When you give him, he will teach you the Sanguine Art in the first sea of Cat Piece.
Second Sea
To get the Sanguine Art in the second sea of Cat Piece, you need to go to the second sea first. When you get there, you need to head to the Flower Island.
There, you will find the same NPC. Now, go and talk to him and then complete the requirements. Once done, now talk to his brother and give him 700 Diamonds and 17 Shadow Fruits to learn the Sanguine Art.
