Obtaining Sailor Certificate In Pixel Piece (2023)
To become a Marine in Pixel Piece, you need to head to Shelltown Island first.
If you are in Orange Town, you simply need to head to Northwest from there. When you keep going to Northwest from Orange Town, you will reach Shelltown Island.
Once you get there, you need to find an NPC named Anthony. Once you have found the NPC, talk to him. When you do so, he will ask you whether you want to become a Marine or not.

To become a Marine in Pixel Piece, you simply need to click on the YES button.
Unfortunately, you can’t become a Marine in Pixel unless you have a Sailor’s Certificate and 10K beli.
If you have not obtained the Sailor’s Certificate, go past the NPC and find another NPC named Norgan. Once found, you have to kill this boss.
When you defeat the Norgan Boss in Pixel Piece, he will drop the Sailor’s Certificate.
Once you have got the Sailor’s Certificate, head back to Anthony and become a Marine.
