River City Girls 2 is a video game where you have to complete quests to get in-game rewards and items.
In this guide, we will discuss one of the quests that will give you rewards and unique items and unlock the Autumn Moon Achievement.
The name of Quests is known as “An Unfortunate Situation”. To complete these quests in River City Girls 2, you have to collect all Tarot Cards hidden in the different locations of the game.
Since Tarot Cards are scattered throughout the game, a lot of players are having trouble finding them.

All Tarot Cards Locations in River City Girls 2
Before collecting the Tarot Cards in River City Girls 2, you must start the “An Unfortunate Situation” Quest.
To start the quest, you must find and talk to an NPC skeleton man named Snap.
If you don’t know where to find him then you need to go to the Flatirons region which is generally not accessible. To access this region, you have to defeat the Marian Downtown.
Once you get access to the Flatirons region in River City Girls 2, you have to go through the Witch’s Forest, where you will find a mausoleum in the Graveyard area.
Enter the Mausoleum which will bring you to the Skeleton market where you will find the NPC skeleton man.
Once you find him, you have to talk to him. This process will start the “An Unfortunate Situation” Quest.
Now follow the steps written in this article to find and collect all 22 Tarot cards.
Flatirons (4 Tarot Card)
As I said above, once the quest is started, all Tarot cards will be spawned in the game.
We start collecting the card from the Flatirons region. Here, you can get a total of 4 Tarot cards.
Follow the below steps to find the location of all 4 Tarot cards in River City Girls 2.
You can find the first Tarot Card in the Skeleton Market where you met Snap. Go to the right side of that area where you will find some boxes placed next to the vase. You have to destroy that Vase to get the first Tarot card.
Once you have got your first Tarot Card in River City Girls 2, head back to the Graveyard area.
There, you will find two graves surrounded by fencing. You have to go under the fence and destroy the right side of the headstone. When you destroy the headstone, you will find the second Tarot card.
You can find another Tarot Card in the Campground area. To find the third card, you have to go to the Bus stop located on the right side of the area. When you get there, you will see a noticeboard.
To get your hands on the Third Tarot Card, you have to destroy it.
The Fourth Tarot Card is located in the Abandoned Trainyard at the bottom left of the region.
To get it, you have to go under the train tracks where you find the Bus Stop, where you can see the wall with Walking Dead written on it. Punch that wall to get your fourth Tarot Card.
Crosstown (3 Tarot Card)
Crosstown is yet another region where you can find a total of three Tarot cards. Go to the below-mentioned locations to get all these cards.
To get the fifth Tarot Card, you have to go to the left exit of the North Ravine Lane area in the Crosstown region. There, you can see the red mailbox, destroy it and you can find the fifth card.
To get to the next Tarot Card, you have to go to the entrance of the Mall. Once you reach there, you need to enter the Town Square and go right side of the area and destroy the top right column of the fortune.
When you do so, you will get your 6th Tarot Card.
The 7th Tarot Card is located inside the Sports Store which is located under the Mall. Once you get there, you have to go on top of the rock-claiming wall. Where you can find the statue, destroy it to get the Tarot Card.
Downtown (3 Tarot Cards)
Inside the Downtown region, you will find three Tarot Cards.
You can find the 8th Tarot Card inside the apartment located upper right side of the Shopping zone. This apartment has a green couch, a dresser, and a coffee table in the middle of the room. You have to destroy that table to get the Tarot card.
Next, go to the bottom right of the Farmer’s Market and enter the Apartment Complex.
Now head to the fourth floor and go to the left side to find the TV. Once you find the TV, destroy it to get the 9th Tarot Card.
The last card from the Downtown region will be found under the subway tunnel. You have to go to the left side and head downstairs. There, you will see the track lights that you have to destroy to get the 10th Tarot Card.
Uptown (3 Tarot Cards)
The uptown area also has a total of 3 Tarot Cards.
Go to the right side of the Outdoor Plaza where you will find the electric sign. You have to destroy that sign to get the 11th Tarot Card.
Next, go to the Fashion Districts and head toward the right side of the area and find a yellow box with a character down on it. Destroy that box to get your 12th Tarot Card.
You can find the 13th Tarot Card in front of the restaurant located in Yokocho. You have to Knock down the hanging lantern that is closest to the store to get the Tarot Card.
Technos (3 Tarot Cards)
You can find a total of 3 Tarot cards in the Technos region.
Destroy the statue in the center of the courtyard located at the entrance of the Technos region in the Security Gate area. It will give you the 14th Tarot Card.
You can also find the next Tarot Card inside the same building. All you need to do is go to the Technos Museum and head toward the left side of the room and destroy the NES display.
You can get the next Tarot Card in the Biosphere. There, you can see the display located next to the bird.
You have to destroy that display to get the 16th Tarot Card.
Ocean Heights (3 Tarot Cards)
In the Ocean Heights area, you can find a total of 3 Tarot Cards.
To get the 17th Tarot Card in River City Girls 2, you have to go to Parade Street. There, you need to destroy the table located in front of the blue house.
The next Tarot Card can be found in the Aquarium Location. Here you have to destroy the second small aquarium closest to the entrance.
To get the 19th Tarot Card, you must enter Primo’s restaurant, head towards Primo’s Dining Room, jump up from the top floor, and destroy the table.
Sanwakai Tower (3 Tarot Cards)
You can get the last 3 Tarot Cards in the Sanwakai Tower.
To get the Tarot Card located in the Sanwakai Tower, you have to get access to the tower.
Once you get access to the Tower, you have to find Tower Casino. Once you get in there, you have to destroy the center table to get the 20th Tarot Card.
You can find another Tarot Card in the same Casino. You have to go through the golden door and find the Yakuza Training Room. There you can see four dummies but you have to destroy the top left dummy to get the 21st Tarot Card.
Go to the basement of the Tower where you can find the Laboratory. On the bottom left side of this laboratory, you can see the big metal box. You have to break open to get your last Tarot Card.
