- Speak to the Fishman Ata.
- She will ask you to give her 1000 Fresh Fish, 3 Sea King Blood and 1 Sea King Fin.
- You can go to the First Sea and kill any Fishman to get Fresh Fish.
- For 3 Sea King Blood and 1 Sea King Fin, you need to kill Sea Beast to get it.
