When you interact with the Flash Step Trainer, you will be asked to pay $25000 money.
The best thing about Flash Step V1 is, that it can be obtained if your level is 1 or above.

Flash Step V2
To get Flash Step V2 in Haze Piece, you need to head to the Three Islands.
When you get to the Three Islands, you need to follow the quest mark.
While following the quest mark, make sure to jump carefully because if die, you will have to do it all over again.
When you follow the mark, you will find Flash Step V2 Trainer.
When you interact with the Flash Step V2 Trainer, you will be asked to pay 75,000 Money.
Notably, your level must be 600 or above to get the V2 version of the Flash Step.
If your level is above 600 and have enough money, click on the ‘Accept’ button.
When you do so, you will have the Flast Step V2 obtained in Haze Piece.

Flash Step V3
To get Flash Step V3 in Haze Piece, you need to teleport to Bubble Island.
After reaching the Bubble Island, you need to find the Flash Step Lv3 Trainer.
Once found, interact with the trainer. When you do so, you will be asked to pay $200K money.
Apart from spending 200K money, your level must be 1500o or above.
If you have enough money or your level is 1500 or higher then click on the Accept button.
When you do so, you will have the Flash Step V3 obtained.
