Irrespective of whether you wish to summon or spawn True Demon Ba’al or Resurrected Ba’al in GPO, let me tell you that they can only be summoned during the Halloween event.
Yes, once the Halloween event is concluded, you will not be able to summon these two bosses. Since the Halloween event is ongoing, you can spawn, defeat and get their items in GPO.

Summoning Resurrected Ba’al and True Demon Ba’al in GPO
To summon True Demon Ba’al in GPO, you need to summon Resurrect Ba’al first. If you don’t know how to summon these two Halloween bosses, keep on reading.
Summoning Resurrected Ba’al
To spawn Resurrect Ba’al in Grand Piece Online, you need to go to Transylvania Island first. If you don’t know where Transylvania Island is located and how to get there, click on the link.
Once you get to Transylvania Island in GPO, you need to reach the place where Resurrect Ba’al is spawned. Once you get there, you will be asked to insert three items — Zombie Arm, Wandering Souls and Zombie Leg.
To get these three items, you need to kill NPCs and Zombies. Once you have collected these items, go there and put them by pressing E.
When you insert these items into the respective places, you will have to wait for a while. When you do so, the Resurrected Ba’al will be spawned there.
Once spawned, you need to kill the Resurrected Ba’al and deal as much damage as possible because you will get rewards based on the damage inflicted on the boss.
Summoning True Demon Ba’al
To summon the True Demon Ba’al boss in GPO, you need to summon and kill the Resurrected Ba’al boss. Once killed, you need to get into the Yellow portal.
On the left side where Resurrected Ba’al spawned, you need to go on top of the building and then go to the location shown in the above image.
When you get into the Portal, you will be teleported to Hell. There, you will find the boss ‘True Demon Ba’al’. Once found, kill the True Demon Ba’al.
When you do so, you will get the Hollow’s Great Sword in Grand Piece Online. Apart from Great Sword, you are most likely to get Ba’al’s cape, Head of Ba’al, and Hollow’s fang.
