To get Lightsaber in Star Wars Lego Fortnite you need to upgrade the Rebel Base to Level 6 and improve its Comfort Level.
Here is what you need to do to upgrade the Rable Base to Level 6:
Level 2:
To update the Rebles Base to level 2 you will need to clear the indicated plot of all debris, build the Rebel Farm, build 3 beds, and collect 5 pumpkins.
Once you have done all of these things, Rebel Base is updated to level 2.
Level 3:
To update the Rebels Base to level 3 you need to Craft Bench and Craft 3 Shortswords.
Level 4:
To reach level 4, clear the site for the stable, build the Rebel Stables, place a bed for Grrraaalf, and place at least one barn.
Level 5:
Defeat 10 Stormtroopers and collect 20 Plastoids (you will get the plastoid once you kill the Stormtroopers).
Level 6:
Clear the site for the workshop, build the Rebel Workshop, place a bed for Myrnna, and place a Rebel Workbench.
Once you upgrade the Rebel Base to level 6, Captain Bravara will reward you with a Lightsaber.
