When you go to the haunted mansion in Bloxburg for the first time, you will not be allowed to enter into the house.
When you try to open the door, you will be shown a message that says, “The door is locked. Talk to SABRINA THE WITCH at her snack stand and maybe she knows more about this old house.”
When you are shown this message, click on the Continue button and then go to the Snack Stand.

After getting there, you need to go to her Snack Stand which can be shown in the below image.
When you go there, multiple options will appear on the screen. You need to click on the Talk option.
When you do so, Sabria will say, Hello! Can I help?
Now, you need to keep interacting with SABRINA until she asks you to bring her the Potion Recipe Book, which can be found in the barn.
Now, you need to go towards the barn and then go to its second floor by jumping on the barn’s door.
When you get there, you will find the Potion Recipe Book.
Once found, pick the SABRINA’s Spellbook and then give it to her.
When you do so, you will be asked to wait until she translates the pages of the book because it is written in cryptic language.
Notably, you need at least a day to get a potion from SABRINA.
After obtaining the potion, head back to the haunted mansion in Bloxburg and then use that potion to unlock the door.
