How to Find Underwater City
To find Underwater City in Blox Fruits, you need to head southeast from the starting island. As soon as you pass an island with multiple plateaus on your left.
One must continue fearlessly ahead till you see a whirlpool that has three islands surrounding it. As soon as you are close to the whirlpool jump out from your ship into it, and you will soon find yourself in the underwater city.
To get Water Kung Fu, you need to go to the Underwater City. On arriving in the city, you will see a caste. Continue forward till you reach a purple wall with a square in it.
Go through the wall and continue forward. The Water Kung Fu teacher will be found in a small room. You will have to pay him Money Icon 750,000 to learn the technique of Water Kung Fu from him.
