Before I rank every family or unit in AoT Revolution, let me tell you that you can’t get all families easily. You only have a 0.05% and 0.35% chance to get Legendary and Epic families, respectively through rerolling.
If you are here to get the legendary and epic families in AoT Revolution, make sure to choose either from the S and A tiers, respectively.
The remaining families are either Common or Rare, which you can easily get in the game. Notably, all common families in AoT Revolution don’t have any buff or debuffs, which means they are of no use to you for a long period of time.
Upon selecting rare, epic and legendary families, your stats and abilities will be improved in AoT Revolution.
