After entering the Desert Cave, you will have to take a left turn and go through all ways. At the end of a path, you will find a boulder.
To get Iron Ore, you will have to break the Boulder with a Pickaxe. When you break it, you will find multiple Iron Ore there.

Water Cave
The second location is pretty close to this one. After obtaining Iron from the Desert Cave, you simply need to take a U-turn and head to an Island that has a huge Statue.
When you head to this location, you will have to break the Castle Wall. Once broken, you will have to get inside the Castle and then get inside the Water Cave.
When you get there, you will find multiple Iron Ores there. You can get enough Iron by breaking Iron Ore.
Stone Island
The third location where you can get Iron in The Survival Game is in the middle of the ocean. While exploring the ocean, you will come across a place that has plenty of huge rocks.
When you get there, you will have to find a Ship Reck. When you get there, you will find an Iron Ore behind the shipping rack.
With the help of a Pickaxe, break that Iron Ore and get the Iron.
Inside Cave
After obtaining the Iron from Stone Island, you simply need to head toward the circle shown in the above image.
When you do so, you will see a cave on your left side. When you get inside of that cave, you will find another Boulder, which you will have to break.
When you break that Boulder, you will get multiple Iron Ore that will get you Iron when broken.
