- First, take a boat and head to the Marine Island.
- There, you need to to the top of the Island’s Hill.
- Notably, you need to descend one step from the Observation Haki NPC.

- When you get inside that building, you will see an NPC named Armament Haki.
- Now, interact with the NPC and learn it for 500,000 Money.
- Once learned, you can activate and use it in the game.
