Software Update
Make sure that your system is up to date or not. If it is not then do update it as soon as possible.
- Go to your phone’s Settings.
- Click on Software Update.
- Check for updates.
- If there is any update.
- Go to Download and Install.
Clean Sim Slot
The SIM Slot that you have is to be removed and cleaned thoroughly. Check if the issue is resolved. If it is not then you need to clean the SIM.
Sometimes the trash goes on the phone’s JIO SIM card, so use a school Eraser to clear the trash. Check if the error is resolved and your SIM Card is being detected on your phone.
Turn On and Off Airplane Mode
To fix the Volte Not Showing In Jio error turn on the Airplane mode. Wait for a few seconds till the network bars switch to the airplane icon. Now turn it off after a few minutes and check if the issue is resolved.
Reselect Preferred Network Connection

- Locate SIM Card & Mobile Data and click on it.

- Go to Preferred Network Type and Tap on it.
- Select 5G/4G/3G/2G to get 4G.
Enable VoLTE
To enable Volte from the settings, follow the steps shared below.
- Open Mobile Settings.
- Now Select SIM Card and Mobile Data.
- Select Mobile Data SIM card.
- Tap on Enable Volte Calls.
- Check if Volte starts showing back.
Reset Network Settings
Or you may try to reset network settings to solve the issue. Resetting will bring back the default settings and the error may be resolved.
- Open Settings.
- Go to Additional Settings.
- Scroll Down & and select Backup & reset.
- Select Reset Network Settings.
- Reset it.
