- To obtain Volt Capsule, go to the submerged island.
- The Submerged Island is located in the third Sea.
- To reach the island, unlock the Third Sea.
- It can be unlocked once the player hits level 1500.
- They will also have to complete the Colosseum Quest and defeat Don Swan.
- As soon as you unlock Third Sea.
- Go to the Tikki Outpost.
- Locate the SUB PORT 01.
- Find the entrance to the Submarine area.
- Locate the Submarine Worker.
- Interact with the Submarine Worker.
- Next, tap on the Yes option twice.
- You will then be taken to the new underwater Submerged island.
- Defeat the Sea Chanter NPC here.
- When you defeat the Sea Chanter NPC, they will drop the Volt Capsule.

- You will see a progress bar for the quest in the Admin Panel. Turn in the quest at the Admin Panel
