Is Vencord not working for you? If your answer is YES then look no further as we have got you covered.
Vencord is an amazing tool that is used by tons of users across the world. Like other Better Discord themes, sometimes, Vencord stops working for various reasons.
A lot of users took to social media and complained that they were unable to use Vencord as it was not working at that moment.
If you too are encountering the same problem then don’t worry, we have written a guide explaining a couple of methods to fix the issue.
Without any further ado, let’s get started:
How to Fix Vencord Not Working
Vencord is without a doubt one of the most popular Discord tools with hundreds of plugins such as Translate, Free Emotes/Strickers and SpotifyControls.
Since Vencord is compatible with Mobile and PC, it is quite frustrating when it stops working, crashes or stuck on the loading screen.
To make your work easier, we have come up with a couple of methods that will help you resolve the issue:
Method 1: Use Vencord Installer
The first method needs you to use Vencord Installer. For that, you need to download and install Vencord Installer from its official website.
Once downloaded, go to the Download folder and then click on the Vencord Installer application file.
When you do so, a new window with multiple options will appear on the screen. There, you need to click on the ‘Install’ button.

When you do so, a pop-up window will appear informing you that the app has successfully been patched.
Note: Make sure to choose the Discord build you use. Here, I will be using the Stable build.
If this method does not work for you then use the next method.
Before you apply the second method, make sure to uninstall the Vencord Installer.
Method 2: Use Windows Powershell
The next method requires you to use a Windows Powershell script.
To use the script, press the Windows button and then search for Windows Powershell and then click on it.
Once it is opened, paste the following Powershell script.
iwr “https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Vencord/Installer/main/install.ps1” -UseBasicParsing | iex
When you do so, a new window will appear showing the downloading process of Vencord Installer.
Once downloaded, a bunch of options will appear.
Type 1 and hit the Enter button to install Vencord. Make sure you don’t have Discord running in the background.
Once the process is completed, launch Discord and enjoy Vencord.
That’s all you need to know about how to fix the Vencord not working issue.
