Leaving Your Division In Type Soul
To leave your current division in Type Soul, you are required to meet an NPC named Khaotxc, which is located in Senkaimon.
Once you get there, you need to find a stair of Soul Society. After reaching the Soul Society stair, you will find the Khaotxc NPC.

Once found, you need to go close to the NPC and interact with him. When you do so, he will ask you ‘Would you like to leave your division’?
To leave your division in Type Soul, make sure to select YES. Notably, you must be a part of any division to get this question.
Once you have successfully left your division in the game, you can join any of the 12 divisions in Type Soul.
