To get Tremor Cloak in Haze Piece, you need to head to the Marine HQ Island. After getting there, you need to defeat the Ice Admiral boss to get the TremorBeard Key.
Notably, he has only a 2.5% chance of dropping the key. Once you get there at Marine HQ Island, you need to keep defeating the Ice Admiral until you get the key.

Once you have successfully obtained the TremorBeard Key, you need to go straight towards the door. When you do so, near the shore, you will find a door.
Now, you need to go close to that door and use the TremorBeard Key to spawn the Tremor Girl. When you defeat the Tremor Girl in Haze Piece, she is likely to drop White Orb with a 25% chance.
Notably, it is Tremor Girl who drops Bisento V2 as well. If you get the White Orb by defeating the Tremor Girl, you need to go and talk to Bella, who can be found in one of the towers located on the same island.
While talking to Bella, make sure you have equipped White Orb. When you do so, you will be asked to pay an additional 100K Beli to get the Tremor Cloak.
