To add friends in The Finals, you need to go to Settings and enable crossplay from the menu. Once you have successfully enabled crossplay in The Finals, restart the game and add friends who you want to play the game with.
Notably, if you don’t have the crossplay option enabled, you will not be able to add friends in The Finals and without adding friends, you can’t play multiplayer.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to play The Finals with friends:
- First, launch The Finals on your device.
- Once the game is launched, click on the Second Circle located at the top right to find ‘Invite a Friend’.
- After that, log into the game using your Steam ID on the Embark Studios website.
- Once logged in, add the friends.
- As mentioned above, you can’t add friends without having the crossplay enabled.
- Once added, matchmaker the game and then enjoy The Finals together.
