Popular singer Taylor Swift is known for creative album reveals. The stunner did the same once again as she announced an interactive word puzzle in collaboration with Google. But her latest puzzle-driven promotional campaign left many disappointed as Taylor Swift’s 1989 Vault Puzzle is not working or showing on Google.
For the unversed, Taylor Swift has been releasing a handful of ‘From The Vault’ tracks from her previous albums. In 1989, Taylor teamed up with Google and created a series of 89 word-scramble puzzles. Fans need to solve these puzzles, as soon as the 33 million puzzles are decoded worldwide, the vault will be unlocked.
In September 2023, Taylor Swift fans were eagerly anticipating the release of song titles for 1989. On Sept. 19, the star announced the interactive word puzzle that points to the names of the 1989 vault tracks.
The process was quite simple as Google users searching for Taylor Swift could click on a blue, beach-themed vault that pops up in the bottom right corner. Click on it, and you’ll be met with the puzzle.
Once you’ve got the word or phrase decoded, you can type it in the search bar and continue the game. If you got the answer right, the blue vault will pop back up on the search page. It will then present you with another puzzle to solve.
Solving one of the 89-word puzzles hidden within the vault would take fans closer to unveiling the track titles from Taylor’s re-recorded 1989 album.
