To get Sung Jin Woo in Verse Piece, you need to talk to the NPC at the Starter Island.
Once you get there, you will find the Sung Jin Woo NPC at the top of the cliff.
When you talk to him, he will ask you to fulfill some requirements. The requirements to obtain the Sung Jin Woo in Verse Piece are as follows:
- Basaka Dagger
- Knight Dagger
- 2nd Awakening Title
- Monarch Trait
- 10K$G

2nd Awakening Title:
To get the second awakening title, you need to start a quest and complete it.
To start the quest, you need to go to the Karakura Town.
Once you are here, you need to head to the left side of this town and talk to the NPC.

After talking to this NPC, he will give you a quest. To complete this quest, you must be killed by the player who has the Betrayer Trait 100 times.
To complete this quest, you need another player who uses the Betrayer Trait and kills you 100 times.
Once this task is completed, you will get the 2nd Awakening Title.
Monarch Trait:
To get the Monarch Trait in Verse Piece, you need to go to Frost Town.
Here, you need to find the Trait NPC and reroll for the Traits.
From this NPC there is a 0.025% chance of obtaining the Monarch Trait.
This means you need to reroll for the Trait several times until you get the Monarch Trait.
Basaka Dagger and Knight Dagger:
To get the Basaka and Knight Daggers, you need to go to the hidden island.
To go there, head to the Runes Isle and talk to the NPC to spawn the Shadow Monarch Dungeon.

To spawn the Dungeon, this NPC will take 3 Dungeon Tickets.
Once he spawns the Dungeon, go inside and it will teleport you to the hidden island.
This Dungeon has 2 waves. The first wave is Igris Boss and the second wave is Sing Jin Woo Boss.
Once you defeat the Igris Boss, you will obtain the Knight Dagger and get the Basaka Dagger by defeating the Sing Jin Woo Boss.
Once you get all the required things, head back to the Starter Island, talk to the Title NPC, and equip the 2nd Awakening Title.
