Sniper Elite 5 is a third-person tactical shooter video game developed and published by Rebellion Developments for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
This game has several features one of these features is Collectables which grant players unique rewards. Workbench is one kind of collectible that allows players to tinker with weapons. In addition to this if you find all the workbenches you will be rewarded with a Tinkerer Achievement.
These workbenches are available around the map in different locations and finding them on the field is not an easy task. In this guide, we will show you all workbench locations in different missions.
All Workbenches Locations
Mission 1 – The Atlantic Wall
In mission 1 total of 3 workbenches are available. Here are the exact locations:
The Atlantic Wall Workbench 1
The first workbench in the Atlantic Wall mission is found in the Starting Area of Chapter 1. Once you break into the room and take care of the enemy unit, you can find the Rifle Workbench on one side of the room.
The Atlantic Wall Workbench 2
The second workbench will be found near the Gun Battery. To find the workbench you should head northwest from the Gun Battery. Go in the same direction until you find the small building.
Once you enter the building you will see The Pistol Workbench.
The Atlantic Wall Workbench 3
The third and last workbench on The Atlantic Wall missions will be found in Marcel’s Home. Just go inside the building and you will find the SMG Workbench on the third floor under a French Resistance flag.
Missions 2 – Occupied Residence
In the Occupied Residence mission, you can find a total of 3 workbenches.
Occupied Residence Workbench 1
The first workbench in Occupied Residence mission will be located on the right side of the map. To find the workbench player must enter the rectangular building and take out an enemy unit.
Once all enemies are killed, the player will find The Pistol Workbench in the armory.
Occupied Residence Workbench 2
You can find the 2nd workbench in the Occupied Residence mission on the west of the main residence, near some wheat fields. To get to the workbench player should head toward the back of the L-shaped building and climb up some vines.
Once you reach the top you will find the SMG Workbench.
Occupied Residence Workbench 3
The last workbench in the Occupied Residence mission will be found within the Main Residence. Once you are in the main courtyard, locate the ramp that leads to the cellar, where they’ll find the Rifle Workbench under a Nazi flag and some stolen antiques.
Mission 3 – Spy Academy
Similar to missions 1 & 2 you can find a total of 3 workbenches in mission 3 as well.
Spy Academy Workbench 1
You can find the 1st workbench in the Spy Academy mission on the southeast side of the Academy. The academy is a hot spot there is a high chance of attacks so you have to be prepared while looking for a workbench.
Once you are at the southeast area look for the ledge that leads to an open room. You will find an SMG Workbench further inside that room.
Spy Academy Workbench 2
The 2nd workbench will be located in the Academy Ground. To access the ground you need to have an Armory Key. To get the key you need to head up to the set of stairs that lead you to the room with a bunch of guards.
You have to kill those guards and oot the armory key. Once you get the key head back but instead of going back down steps head up a set of stairs nearby. At the end of the stairs, players will find the Armory with a Pistol Workbench inside.
Spy Academy Workbench 3
The final workbench in the Mission Spy Academy will be located on the outskirts of the Academy. To get the workbench you need to climb onto the tower.
Once you are at the top you will see a small room with the Rifle Workbench.
Mission 4 – War Factory
There are a total of 3 workbenches available on the War Factory mission.
War Factory Workbench 1
To get the first workbench of this mission you need to go inside the Smelting Vat building. Once you are in the building you will see some guards.
You have to kill those guards and loot the Armory Key. Once done, go to the second floor of this building and you will find the Pistol Workbench inside the Armory.
War Factory Workbench 2
You can find the second workbench near the Scrapyard inside the building. Once you are inside the scrapyard, locate the locked green door which will lead you to the room with a ladder.
At the end of the ladder, you will find the Rifle Workbench.
War Factory Workbench 3
You can find the third workbench in the War Factory mission north of the Shipping Warehouse. Once you are at the front of the orange building, you should head up the ladder to find a locked door.
To unlock the door you need to use the Charge Satchel or locate the Armory Key. Inside the room, you will get the workbench.
Mission 5 – Festung Guernsey
There are 3 workbenches in Mission Festung Guernsey.
Festung Guernsey Workbench 1
The first workbench is located inside the belfry of the church. To get access to the belfry you need to climb up some vine at the side of the church.
Once you are inside the belfry you will get the Rifle Workbench.
Festung Guernsey Workbench 2
The second workbench will be located in the northern area of the map. Once you are in the northern area go into the trenches and turn right once you see a Flak 18 Anti-Air Gun. The Pistol Workbench is inside a dugout, in front of a Nazi flag.
Festung Guernsey Workbench 3
The last workbench of the Festung Guernseynmission will be found northwest of the construction site. Here you will see the hose, once you get inside you must crawl under a table and down a ladder, where they’ll find an SMG Workbench.
Mission 6 – Liberation
There are 3 workbench in Mission – Liberation.
Liberation Workbench 1
In this mission, you will find the 1st workbench near the barns, south of the map. Once you are there, enter the first barn and go upstairs, which leads you to a hole in the wall.
You should go through the hole and follow the scaffolding until you reach another hole, where you’ll find the Pistol Workbench.
Liberation Workbench 2
The 2nd workbench will be found in the large house between the town and barns. Go inside this house and remove some debris covering a hole in the floor.
Go inside the hole and you will find the SMG Workbench.
Liberation Workbench 3
You can find the 3rd workbench before crossing the northern bridge. At the right side of the house, you need to climb vines to reach a Rifle Workbench.
Mission 7 – Secret Weapons
There are 3 workbenches in Secret Weapons.
Secret Weapons Workbench 1
You can find the first benchmark inside the cave located at the southwest of the map. Here you need to take a left and walk towards the waterfall. Once you are here, you will find the workbench next to the waterfall.
Secret Weapons Workbench 2
You can find the 2nd workbench inside the large dome on the north side of the map. Once you go inside the done, you will see some guards with armory.
You need to kill those guards and loot Armory Keys. Once you get the key, open the Armory and you will get the SMG Workbench.
Secret Weapons Workbench 3
The final workbench mission Secret Weapons will be found inside the Lack Compound. Make your way inside and turn right.
At the end of the corridor, you have to loot the Armory key and use it to open the Armory with Rifle Workbench.
Mission 8 – Rubble and Ruin
There are a total of 3 workbenches in the Rubble and Ruin mission.
Rubble and Ruin Workbench 1
On Mission Rubble and Ruin, you will find the workbench in the starting area. You should head up a slope that leads into a ruined house. Inside the house, you will find a climbable section, leading to an SMG Workbench.
Rubble and Ruin Workbench 2
The 2nd workbench is located in the middle of the map inside the cathedral. Here you have to climb the ladder and enter into the hole in the roof. Inside the hole, you will find the Pistol Workbench.
Rubble and Ruin Workbench 3
The final workbench in the Ribble and Ruin mission will be found inside the U-Boat compound. Here the player needs to get the Armory Key and go inside the Armory. Once inside, you will find the Rifle Workbench.
