Once you get there, you need to purchase a drink for the Wizard.
After purchasing a Bottle of Cola, you need to head to the northern side of Starter Island.
For the unversed, the bottle of Cola will cost you 1000$.

Now, go and talk to the Boat Merchant and purchase a boat. After purchasing the boat, head towards a place where tall towers are located.
Now, climb the tallest tower and then talk to the Mystical Wizard.
When you do so, the old man will spawn a SeaBeast from the second sea.
While talking to the old man, make sure you hold the drink.
Once the SeaBeast is spawned, you need to find and kill the boss.
When you kill the SeatBeast, there is a 50% chance that the SeaBeast will drop SeaBeast Hammer.
