Notably, you will continue to get this message if you don’t have 4 Cyberwares. Yes, to take a quest from N4Animation in Sakura Stand, you must have 4 Cyberwares.
For the unversed, Cyberwares in Sakura Stand can be obtained from loot boxes dropped by Jotaro. Besides having 4 Cyberwares, you must be Standless to take a quest from N4Animation.
