Obtaining MIH in Sakura Stand
To get MIH in Sakura Stand, you need to fight Dio Boss first. When you fight and manage to kill the boss, he will drop his dairy as a reward.
Notably, the chance of obtaining the Dio Daily is 15%.
You need to keep defeating the Dio boss until you get the Dio’s Dairy.
Once you have got the Dairy, you need to obtain C-Moon. If you don’t have these two things in your inventory, you can’t proceed.

Once you have got C-Moon and Dio’s Dairy in your inventory, go to the Tallest Peak.
When you get there, you will find a huge rock. All you need to do is go behind that rock and press G.
When you do so, you will have the Made in Heaven obtained in Sakura Stand.
Once you get it, you will be teleported to the Sakurian City Lobby.
