To remove fruit in Blox Fruits, you need to find an NPC named Remove Blox Fruit.
There are currently three seas in Blox Fruits but Remove Blox Fruit NPC can be found either in the First Sea or the Third Sea.
In the first sea, you can find the Remove Blox Fruit NPC at Prison.
The Remove Blox Fruit NPC, on the other hand, can be found in Castle on the Sea in the third sea.

Irrespective of which sea you are in, when you find the Remove Blox Fruit NPC, you need to interact with him.
When you do so, he will ask you whether you want to remove your Blox Fruit power or not.
If you really want to remove your fruit, click on the Sure option.
To remove your fruit in Blox Fruits, you need to pay $50,000 money.
If you have $50,000 money in Blox Fruits and want to remove your fruit then talk to the Remove Blox Fruit NPC and then click on the Sure button.
When you do so, you will have your fruit removed.
