Polar War Fans Location
To find Polar War fans in Project Slayers, you need to open the Map list. After opening the list, you need to unlock the Devourer Jaw area.

Once it is unlocked, you need to head over to the Horseman and go to the Devourer Jaw. Once you get there, you will find a secret door. Once found, you need to keep heading straight. When you do so, you will find the Polar War Fans.

To get Polar War fans in Project Slayers, you must have War Fans, 150,000 Wen and 10 Ore. If you don’t meet the requirements, you would not be able to get the Polar War Fans.

Polar Katana Location
To find Polar Katana in Project Slayers, you need to unlock the Frozen Lake on the Map. Once you have it unlocked, find the Horseman and teleport to the Frozen Lake.
Once you get there, you need to dive and follow the steps shown in the following YouTube video.
When you follow the steps shown in the above video, you will get the Polar Katana in Project Slayers.
Like other valuable items, you must have 150,000 Wen and 10 Ore to obtain the Polar Katana in Project Slayers.
