Pokimane Launches Healthy Cookies
Pokimane launched Myna Snacks and described it as a healthy alternative to satiate cravings while maintaining health. The launch of the healthy product was welcomed by her fans and other streamers.
However, netizens soon accused the streamer of rebranding and renaming a pre-existing product. They shared pictures of another brand called Toatzy’s Midnight Cookies and accused Imane of rebranding a pre-existing product. They further revealed that both were made by Creation Foods and had almost the same list of ingredients.
They further added that the streamer has not only rebranded Toatzy’s Midnight Cookies, but she has also increased the prices. The Midnight Mini Cookies, come for $28 in total.
Pokimane Reacts To Criticism
Pokimane facing criticism for her new launch soon reacted and slammed her critics during a stream. She said that it was 28 dollars for cookies and that It was for four bags. That’s seven dollars a bag. She further added that she knows that math is hard… When you’re an idiot.

Since her video stream, she has been facing a backlash for the new product and her reaction to criticism. Her reactions to the controversy have been termed as insensitive by netizens.
Many have also called Pokimane out for her privileged stance. Several social media posts have also criticized the streamer for making an insensitive comment about people’s finances

Following backlash online, Pokimane has now come out on Twitter and apologized for these comments, claiming she only meant them as a “joke.”
