First make sure to close the Origin client completely.
Click on “This PC” and navigate to the following path:
- C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Origin

If you cannot find the “AppData” folder, you may need to enable the display of hidden items.
Click on the “View” tab in File Explorer and check the “Hidden items” checkbox
Once you are in the “Origin” folder, delete the entire “Origin” folder.
- Go back to the “AppData” folder.
- Open the “Local” folder.
- Delete the “Origin” folder inside the “Local” folder.
- Press Win + R to invoke the Run window.
- Type %ProgramData% and press Enter.
- This will open the ProgramData folder.

- Delete all files and folders inside the “Origin” folder, except the “LocalContent” folder.
