Delete Temp File On Your PC

So, you can start troubleshooting the “NCA file has a bad header” error by deleting Temp files on your device.

To do so, use the steps mentioned below:

Press the Windows + R keys together to open up the Run Prompt.
On the Run Prompt, type “%temp%”.
Then hit Enter.

This will open the Temp folder.
Here, select all the files and press the Delete button.
This will delete all the files stored in this folder.
Once done, close the window and launch the Yuzu Emulator to check if the error is fixed.

First, open This PC.
Then go to, Local Disk (C) > Users > AppData > Roaming > Yuzu.
Under the Yuzu folder, select nand > System > Contents.
Under this folder select the “register” folder.
This is where all the Yuzu Emulator Firmware files are saved.

You can see any Fireware files then you need to install the latest version of the Yuzu Emulator Firmware files and paste it inside this folder.
