  • Update profile details:

  • Go to My Profile.
  • Ensure all company, key person, and director details are correctly formatted and saved.

Use Latest Utility

Download the recent offline utility from the Income Tax portal to ensure there are no schema errors in your form.

Clear Cache and Cookies: 

Do try to clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

  • Open Browser Settings.
  • Click on Privacy and Security. 
  • Next, tap on Clear Browsing Data. 
  • Select Cached images and files. 
  • Select a preferred time range. 
  • Click on Clear Data, and the cache files will be deleted.  
  • Check if the error is fixed.

Check Server Status:

Do check the server status if it is down due to heavy traffic or the server maintenance schedule.

  • If the servers are down due to heavy user traffic, wait till the traffic subsides.
  • If the error is due to server maintenance, wait till the services are restored.
