ID by Amo is a new kind of social profile that you make with the collaboration of your friends. It is an empty canvas paired with creative tools that you can use to create a profile. It will visually describe your interests.
ID by Amo is an app created by former employees of the Zenly app, which is a social app where you can share your location with friends to make it easier to meet up and discover new places together.
Unfortunately, Zenly is no longer functioning.
How To Create Profile On ID by Amo App
ID by Amo is an empty canvas as we said earlier, it is just a whiteboard waiting for some content. You need to invite your friend as you create your profile on ID.
As soon as the invite is accepted by your close friend, you both can now start creating.
You and your friend can add pictures, stickers, drawings, photos, texts and more on the empty surface of your Id by Amo profile and your friend’s profile.
As each user’s profile is created by that person in collaboration with the friends in the app.
The best part of ID by Amo is that you can add stickers from your sticker library or add content from your photo library. Text can also be added or if you wish you can also draw.
When you choose a photo, ID will automatically create a cut-out of the main subject in the photo. It does this using PhotoRoom’s technology. You can also move the virtual objects, resize them or rotate them. You can also add content from others’ profiles to your sticker library or put it on someone else’s profile.
Global Feed On ID BY Amo
If you go to the global feed of the app then you will be able to see what other users have on their profile. The global feed has four friends and you can see all of the images and things added here. You can also see who all have added and who all have looked into it.
Next, you can explore the dashboard but only friends can add to this collage. There is a menu on the left where you can just tap on it and you will be able to see all your notifications.
Next here is the settings option. Another cool option in this app is how you create your profile picture. Just hold your face and it will record a video GIF of your face and you will have a moving profile pic. You can next add the details and also add more friends from the option add more friends.
In the power setting your contacts can add you but if you want you can use the private mode. There are also some icons where you need to complete some challenges and explore some additional icons to explore. You can also follow your ID on Amo friends on TikTok or Instagram
Amo also takes care to see that you do not spend hours on the app. When you have a few free minutes, you can open the app to check what’s new on your friends’ profiles.
This can be done easily by swiping up the notification cards. As soon as you reach the last card a message flashes across the screen. It says, “Get some fresh air.” And then, the app closes itself. That is the end of your session on ID by Amo.
ID by Amo is currently available for download on the iOS App Store. However, the Android version is currently under development. The makers are planning to release the Android version as soon as possible.
ID by Amo looks cool but let’s wait and watch to see if this app will catch the hype. But looking at the experience of the team we think it will soon rule the social media scenario.
