How To Play 1V1 In CS2 Private Match
If you want to play a 1v1 with your friend in CS2, start by creating a private server where only both of you can play.
Follow the steps below:
Go to your game settings located at top left corner
Then go to the Game option.
Look for the option “Enable Developer Console”
Switch the setting to “Yes” or toggle it on.
Once you have enabled the Developer Console, you can typically access it by pressing the tilde key (~) during gameplay.
This console allows you to input various commands and access additional settings or features within the game.
Now open up the Developer Console by pressing (~) and type map.
It will open up the list of map that you can play, select the map you want to play.
Here we choose Italy, after choosing the map press “Enter”.
When you do so, there will be a Private Server enabled.
You will see a Windows Security Alert Prompt, Click on Allow Access and wait till the map to open up.
Once your map loads up, type “status” on the developer console.
Once you type status, hit the Enter button.
Here you will see the IP Address of your game.
Now you can simply send this to your friends, who you wanna play with.
Once they are ready to join, ask them to type “Connect” and then enter the IP Address to join in the match.
Now in order to make this one on one match you we need to kick all the bots out of the match.
In a one-on-one match, bots can get in the way, so it’s essential to remove them before starting the game.
In order to kick the bot use the “bot_kick” command in the developer console.
