Obtaining Garou Rework In Heaven Stand
To get Garou in Heaven Stand, make sure you have at least 50 kills.
To check your kills in Heaven Stand, you need to click on the three dots located at the top right corner of the screen.
When you do so, you will be shown your kills.
Once you have successfully got 50 kills in the game, find an NPC named Garou.
Once found, interact with the NPC. When you do so, he will give you a quest.
The quest needs you to take and deal 5,000 damage.
Once you have taken and dealt 5000 damage in Heaven Stand, head back to the Garou NPC and talk to him.
When you do so, he will teach you the Garou ability.
