When you go there, you will find a Huge Tower there. When you get there, you need to climb that tower using your skills.
Once you get to the top of the Tower, you will find a Haki Teacher there.
When you interact with the Haki Teacher, he will ask you whether you are interested to learn or enhance your ability in the game.
If you really want to get a Haki in Fruit Warriors, click on the Yes option.
