- First, you need to get a quest to start the process of Phoenix Blade awakening from the NPC named Blaze, which is spawned in Hot n Coled island in the second sea.
- When you talk to Blaze, he will ask you to bring him some materials. (Note: You need to equip Phoenix Blade while taking with Blaze otherwise he would not give you the quest).
- Blaze asks you to bring Gunpowder x150, Essence of Fore x1, and Leather x350.
- So go and get these materials. Once you get all these materials, go and talk to Blaze again and give him the materials.
- When you give him the said materials, he will ask you to kill 8 sea beasts with your Phoenix Blade. This is a very hard step and I suggest you get help from your friends or other powerful players.
