Here are some easy steps that you need to follow:
How to Get Okarun in Verse Piece
In Verse Piece, Okarun is a newly added spec that provides powerful moves that will help you defeat your enemies fast.
If you want to get this brand new spec in Verse Piece then you can get it from the Okarun NPC.
This NPC is located on the new island. So, head to the new island where you can find the Okarun NPC.
Go ahead and talk to the Okarun NPC. When you do so, he will ask you to provide 7.5KG$, x1 Turbo Granny Soul, x2 Golden Balls, and x1 Okarun Glasses.
To get Okarun from this NPC, you need to provide all the items mentioned above.
To get the Okarun Glasses in Verse Piece, you need to spawn the Okarun Boss and defeat him.

Once you defeat the boss, there is a chance he will drop the Okarun Glasses.
To spawn the Okarun Boss, you need to talk to the spawner NPC standing in front of the Okarun NPC.
Once you talk to him, he will ask you to provide 5KG$ and 50 Boss Tickets.
If you have 50 Boss Tickets, you can spawn the Okarun Boss and obtain the Okarun Glasses from the boss.
Once you get all the required items, go back to the Okarun NPC to get Okarun Spec.
Once the Okarun Spec is unlocked, you can use its movesets to defeat your enemies.

How to Get D4C in Verse Piece
To obtain D4C in Verse Piece, you can get it from the Event Shop.
To get the D4C, you need to head to the Valentine’s Event location.
Once you are here, talk to the Valentine Exchange NPC and he will show you the list of items that you can get from the shop.
From this shop, you can see the D4C that you can obtain by spending 75,000 Heart Fragments.
As you can see the D4C requires lots of Heart Fragments. If you don’t have enough Heart Fragments then you can obtain them by killing the enemies.
If you kill an enemy in Verse Piece, there is a chance you will obtain the Heart Fragment.
Since you need lots of Heart Fragments in the game to obtain the D4C, you need to kill thousands of enemies.
