To do fishing in the Roslit Volcano, you need to have a Magma Rod.
If you have this fishing rod, equip it and start fishing in the Roslit Volcano to catch the Volcanic Geode.

So, keep fishing at the Roslit Bay until you obtain the Volcanic Geode.
