Yes, you can’t get the Made In Heaven in AUT without obtaining the C Moon. After obtaining it, you need to kill Dio and 40 Sinners.

Obtaining C Moon In A Universal Time
To get C Moon in AUT, you need to follow the steps written below:
- First, you need to find and interact with Enrico Pucci, who can be found on the Sidewalk near ALu Mail Station.
- Once found, select the ‘The Way To Heaven (CMOON/MIH Obtain) option.
- Once selected, you will be asked to complete the following requirements:
- Kill 36 Sinners Using Whitesnake (0/36)
- Kill Dio With Whitesnake (0/1)
- Obtain Dio Bone And Use It On Whitesnake To Make It More Powerful (0/1)
- Once these requirements are met, head back to Enrico Pucci and talk to him.
- When you do so, you will automatically be respawned with the C-Moon.
