The Wrench Glove can only be unlocked in the Slap Battles game by obtaining an Ubercharged Badge.
To get this badge you need a player with a Thor glove. So, ask your friend to equip the Thor glove that requires 25000 Slaps to unlock.
Once he equips the Thor glove you need to equip the Engineer glove.
Now, enter into the Private server. Once both of you are in the game, use your Engineer glove ability to activate Sentry.
Ask your friend to use his or her Thor glove ability to summon Lightning Bolt at your location and hit you.
Once you are charged by the lightning slap your turret and you will get the Ubercharged Badge.
It is important to note that the Sentry spawns for a few seconds so make sure to complete the task before it disappears.
Also, it does not matter whether you can spawn a Sentry before or after getting hit by Thor.
