Obtaining Geppos in Master Pirate
To get Geppos in Master Pirate, you need to head to Starter Island and talk to Saraburi Tokyo.
Before you interact with Saraburi Tokyo, make sure your game level is 100 or more.
If your level is 100 or above, head to Yajok Island and talk to DogKantanY4Y91.
After talking with DogKantanY4Y91, you need to talk to a Special NPC named Tinn, which can be found on Farmhouse Island.

When you do so, you will be asked to find 3 Cooking Oil to make him French Fries.
For the unversed, the Cooking Oil can be found on Shells Island, Desert Island and Enies Lobby.
Once you have found 3 Cooking Oils, head back to the Farmhouse and hand them over to Tinn4826.
When you do so, he will give you French Fries.
Once you get French Fries, go back to DogKantanY4Y91 on Yajok Island and give him the French Fries.
Now, head back to Starter Island and talk to SarburiTokyo.
When you do so, he will sell you Geppos.
Notably, to get Geppos, you must have enough Beli and Rubies.
