Unlocking Gear 2 and Gear 4 In Haze Piece
As mentioned above, you can’t get Gear 2 and Gear 4 in Haze Piece without obtaining Rubber Fruit.
To get Rubber Fruit in Haze Piece, you need to go to the Starter Island and find a Fruit Dealer.
There, you can spin and try your luck to get the Rubber Fruit. Since it is a rare devil fruit, there is a 10% chance to get Rubber Fruit in Haze Piece through Spin.

Once you have got Rubber Fruit, eat it.
Once you have eaten Rubber Fruit, you need to head to the Bubble Island to get Gear 2 in Haze Piece.
Once you get to Bubble Island, you will find a Secret Wall near the Spawn point as shown in the below picture.
Now, you walk into the Secret Wall. When you get there, you will find an NPC Fitness Trainer Yoka.
Now, talk to Fitness Trainer Yoka. When you do so, he will ask you to pay $100K Money. Notably, you can only get Gear 2 in Haze Piece if your level is 750 or above.
Once you have obtained Gear 2, you will have to beat Luffy Boss to get Gear 4 Book.
Since the drop chance is 0.5%, you will have to keep defeating the Luffy Boss until you get the Gear 4 Book.

The best thing about this boss is it spawns very fast.
When the boss drops Gear 4 Boss, approach the book and press E to pick it up.
When you pick it up, a message will appear on the screen that says “A mysterious book…’.

Notably, you will have to either use or drop this book. If you click on the Use option, you will have the Gear 4 unlocked.
