To resolve the Garmin network connection error, start by ensuring your smartphone and Garmin device are properly connected and that your phone has a working internet connection.

 If issues persist, try restarting the device, updating the Garmin app, and checking the Garmin internet connection.

Check Internet Connection:

  • Check if your smartphone is connected to a working internet connection.
  • Try switching to mobile data if you’re on Wi-Fi, or vice versa.
  • Switch off your Router/Modem for a few minutes and then switch it on again to fix the error. 
  • If possible, switch to an Ethernet connection.
  • Disable parental controls enabled on your Wi-Fi network to fix the error. 

Restart Device

Clear Garmin App Cache

On Android

  • Go to ‘Settings on your device.

  • Tap on the Garmin App.
  • Go to Storage

On iPhone

 On iPhone, deleting and reinstalling the app will help clear the cache.

Bluetooth Connection:
